I do not have a credit card, are there other payment options?
Besides paying by credit card, you can also pay in our online shop by IMMEDIATE payment, TWINT and PayPal. Within Switzerland you can also pay by invoice.
I cannot find an invoice in my parcel, where can I transfer the invoice amount?
The invoices are always sent at the beginning of the next month after your order from our partner PowerPay. We ask you not to transfer the amount to our LYN account on your own initiative, as this can lead to confusion and you will receive reminders by mistake. If you have any questions regarding your invoice, please feel free to contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
My package has not arrived yet. Where can I find a tracking number?
Please note that shipping to Switzerland can take 4-7 working days and to Germany 5-12 working days. We try to make sure that you can hold your package in your hands as soon as possible, but sometimes there are small delays. If you had to wait more than 12 working days for your package, please contact us by mail at email@example.com.
I don't like the ordered product, can I exchange it?
From the day your goods leave our premises, our guarantee period of one month applies. This means that you have one month to exchange or return the goods that you do not like or do not like. However, you are also welcome to give them away as a gift in your own environment and give someone else a treat. Items from promo/sale campaigns are excluded from return.
I have received the wrong size / an article is missing / an article is double, what can I do?
We are very sorry that not everything went well with your order. We are proud of the fact that every single package is packed by hand and not by machine. However, this can lead to mistakes. If this is the case for you, you are welcome to contact us by mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you for your understanding.
My voucher code does not work, what can I do?
Please check the date of issue of your voucher first. Our vouchers are all valid for one year. If your voucher hasn't expired and still doesn't work, please feel free to contact us by email at email@example.com. This also applies if you would like to redeem several vouchers in one order.
Where are your products produced?
Love Your Neighbour produced with various partners worldwide. It is particularly important to us that production takes place under fair conditions. That is why the founding couple David and Elena Togni know all the producers personally and are familiar with the working conditions on site. Unfortunately, we cannot disclose the names of our suppliers to the public, as this is a trade secret. Thank you very much for your understanding!
How much will you give?
We act according to the "ONE+ONE" principle. Here's how it works: You buy a T-shirt, we double the T-shirt or you buy a sweater, we double the sweater and donate the product to people in need in Switzerland and abroad. We also invest in sustainable projects (infrastructure/education).
